Unplug once a week

 Tip #12 

Commit to unplug for half a day or a whole day at least once a week.  This will force you to connect with others or with yourself.  This makes for happier people.  Try doing this and instead of screen time, you can consider journaling, talking on the phone, learning something new, going for a nature walk, playing with your pet or your children.   You’ll be happy you did it.
