Try something new

Tip#10

For the new year, pick something new to learn.  By challenging your brain to learn a new thing, you will improve your short term and long term memory.  You also give yourself a new purpose, renewed pride in yourself, and you increase your coordination.  Consider trying some of the following activities, painting, biking, learning a new language, learning to dance, learning to sing, or learning to cook.
