Find someone you enjoy to workout with.   The more we enjoy our time doing exercise, the more likely we will keep with it.  Find someone you really enjoy hanging out with to be a part of your exercise routine.  This will make it more fun, and keep you accountable so that you don’t just give up on your resolution to stay fit and active.  And you will be helping them too!
